Time: 1:00 pm EST

Duration: 1 hour

Email: kat@coggno.com

Presented by:
Brian Nixon (President and CEO of SalesBasix) and Paul Kowalski (Vice President of Marketing for SalesBasix)

“Projects” are temporary. They create peaks and valleys, confuse those that are charged with implementation, and make it difficult to track and replicate results for the long term.

In this 1-hour webinar, you will learn how to apply proper branding to help generate new sales and secure repeat business. We’ll discuss how having the right strategy, frequency and repetition in your sales and marketing program can produce your desired ROI.

You will walk away with the ability to develop the strategy, tactics, training, and tools for the markets in which you sell (or wish to sell), now and in the future.

About the presenters:

Brian Nixon

Brian Nixon: After 15 years in sales, training, and executive management roles in the Fortune 250, Brian founded The Sales Matrix, Inc. in 2001 with the mission of using his extensive knowledge of management processes and sales effectiveness to benefit clients. His keen insight and people skills have established him as a mentor to many sales and management professionals, and his unique qualifications in the areas of sales recruiting, training, management, and motivation have helped The Sales Matrix achieve a 100% success record with clients who have implemented its unique methodology.

In 2009, Brian saw the opportunity to assemble the best, brightest and most accomplished professionals in their respective areas of expertise to develop SalesBasix eLearning (www.salesbasix.com). This team built the modules necessary for individuals, as well as corporations, to sell, market, communicate and network to the world. The team is comprised of professionals that have worked in Fortune as well as smaller privately held firms; successfully launched and grown their own companies; and achieved tremendous success rates in increasing clients’ sales.

In addition to his full-time client engagements, Brian is active with the Michigan Manufacturing Association, TEC Associates Roundtable, CTSM (a career transition support service), and other civic and community organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. He lives in Livingston County, Michigan with his wife and children.

Paul Kowalski

Paul Kowalski: Making a living as an advertising professional since 1985, Paul began his career in the days of drawing tables and key lines. This longevity brought not only gray hair, but quite a bit of knowledge in the world of marketing, advertising, campaigns, strategy, design and production. He is proud to have learned a lot working with clients such as General Motors, Dow, Chrysler, Toyota, and DeBeers, but keeps an open mind to new techniques and methods to help strengthen his clients’ marketing programs.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts in Design from Saginaw Valley State University, then returned there to teach for eight years. After a few years as an adjunct professor, has was tapped to head up the Graphic Design program, wherein he developed a BFA of Arts Degree, restructured the Graphic Design curriculum, established an internship program, and oversaw a doubling of enrollment.

Spending most of his adult life in the field of graphic arts, Paul began his career as a Designer/Illustrator, eventually rising to Creative Director. (Along the way, he also created and produced his own comic books, developed in-house graphic design departments and freelanced his services…while having a pretty good time, no matter what he was doing!) Paul is a founding partner and Creative Director of Conach Marketing. As Creative Director, he works directly with clients, develops their strategies and campaigns, writes copy, designs, illustrates, and oversees the design and production of the clients’ material.

He is also a founding partner of SalesBasix, handling the company’s marketing initiatives, in addition to serving as the Subject Matter Expert and Content Author for all marketing-related modules.

Paul lives in the Saginaw, Michigan area with his wife.
